dodge axle swap

i bought front and rear axles from 1996 dodge ram 2500 gasser and i want to put them under my 1995 dodge ram 1500. both truck are manual, 4x4, both have the CAD front axle with vacuum assist. only difference is 1500 is a short box.

ive already done u-joint research and they both use the same size joint at the yoke. just wondering if i should have any issues? im believing its a pretty straight forward swap, just unbolt and bolt up and drive away when finished.

has anyone ever done this swap in these trucks?

Should be a straight forward swap. I've done a few with no issues.
