7000 pound 4 post hoist. works perfect, runs on 110v. has drip trays and jack tray. 13 feet long, 7.5 feet wide. will lift approx. 6 feet high. NEEDS NOTHING, READY TO WORK. Just installed my 2 post, time for this one to find a new home.

Is it a portable unit or one that need bolted down?

Dosent need to be bolted down. They sell a caster set so you can roll it around.
