I bought this truck from a guy.  It needed quite a few things.  So far I am going through all the fluids, and fixing leaks.  I just finished rebuilding the left front hub.  I picked up a set of 37in Super Swamper Iroks and will continue fixing and upgrading as I go.  I will be adding a winch shortly and making some rock slides for the side.  My 10 year old helped me paint the frame and suspension.  I think he got more paint on him then on the frame...........ha

The truck came with 33's.  I picked up a set of 5 37in Iroks with rims for an awesome price.  I have sold my old tires and will sell them rims.  When I am done I will basically get a tire upgrade for free.  I just had to pay for mounting.

The guy who built it originally put skulls on the cowl, under the hood and inside on the dash.  We are calling this rig GRAYSKULL.

Picked up a used Warn winch for the front.  Need to fab a mount.  Anybody who wants to act as a consultant for free beer, just let me know.

Bought cheap new winch for the rear.  I drilled my holes in the winch plate today and will be installing tonight.  Need to mount the highlift as well.

Here is a snow poser picture.  Took it for the first drive a week or so ago.  Will start to go a little farther to make sure it is road worthy to travel to the mounds.

Got the rear winch mounted last night and the highlift.  Need to run the wiring from the rear winch to the front.  Truck should be ready by opening day!

Need to wire in the rear winch, install the front winch.  I will start running the battery cables this weekend for the rear winch.  I ordered a CO2 kit and will need to install that and a fire extinguiser

Hoss4wd

Got the Co2 kit and mounted it this weekend.  Also ran the wiring for the rear winch.  Just need to get a few disconnects and the rear will be funtional

Hoss4wd

The hardest part about a SWB is finding a place to put everything.  Added the Co2 and a tool box.  I want to add storage for fluids, fire ext and a couple gallon fuel tank
