Would anyone be interested in mounds-toy storage near the mounds?

I have a 3 car garage that's a couple miles from the mounds. Thinking about renting out storage space for quads/dirtbikes or even small trucks/jeeps. Would be insured & under surveillance but want to know if anyones interested before I spend money getting legal. Could probably fit about 30 quads, or half as many side by sides, maybe more garage is pretty deep. Could do winter storage or just week to week. I know a lot of people haul their stuff a long ways to come to the mounds   prices would depend on what you are storing, everything would be fenced off separate inside the garage.
