I cut the little lugs off 1 bogger in about 2 hrs.  I dont think it would take you that long, youd be cuttin  a lot smaller chunks out

Shawn said he's used that method and worked pretty well. I'll give it a shot.

Bought a metal master cylinder for the brake booster removal, new powersteering pump and got one of the replacement inner fender wells in. Plenty to do before tGW. Still have a front carrier swap to do and axle shafts to swap out. Been knocking out a few things a day.
Didn't bring your truck widjadija? Hook it up like a tow truck!!

Thanks to Chevy Racer for the front axle parts!! It is back together. Replaced the carrier with an open version and replaced the broken driverside axle shaft. Plugs, oil change, new air filter, and hood holes ( what a nightmare with crooked front clip and lining the uprights up) cut. still to come:

Front tow point
Waterproofing for engine compartment
Flat plates for the roll bar
Relocate bumpers

I'm sure there is more........

I managed to get the visor painted and one of the inner fender water proof sections done. More of a deflector, than actually water proofing. Pics to follow.
