finally in my new place... shop is all set up! started cleaning my block and its gotta get bored out, cranks gotta be turned and order up some pistons!

HE WORKED ON IT FOR ONCE.

Took the old and broken yet still running 6 out of it today. Now he needs to put a SB in it and drive to his house in A2.

some progress... finally got the tubes in the rear tires, ordered up some 16x7 soft 8s for the front and got em on. rear disc brakes are done, waiting on my pinion support bearing to show up. front and rear roll pans are on their way from california....  uhhh not much else too busy workin!

Nice project, I love these old trucks. I need to get working on mine. I just don't have any time. I think the body and paint on mine is going to get farmed out, or it will never get done.
I have the same problem, small garage. It sucks only being able to work on one side at a time.

here ya there man my garage is just big enuff for me to get my exploder in and open doors have to push it out to completely pull the engine out

Runs! Should drive....  hard finding time with 2jobs working 7days a week, truck aint even at my place yet either!  

Still need to buld the new motor (over the winter)   4link the rear, run brake hoses,  paint!

Just ordered a pair of composite 6000k HID headlights   :)  score!

Finally a day off to work on it! Runs and drives now... lights are in and wired up...  rear roll pan is welded just needs some filler and its done...   front will be done soon i hope as well as exhaust and then its ready for some pavement ==dj

He swaped out the Hydro-booster last night.  The old one was bad and shot PS fluid ever were.  Drove it down my drive way and with open headers it sounded real nice from were I was standing.  Hes got very little left to do to it to get it back on the road.

The Only hick up he has now is putting on the front Roll Pan. It needs to be cut and welded on to fenders and Core support.
