The support will be based on your income, so the more you make the more you will pay. Also if she is State aid ( cash ) the court will order you to pay that back. The judge can also order you to pay half if not more for daycare. As far as the insurance, if its too costly for you to carry insurance, then usually the court accepts that but you have to prove it. My advice is, get a damn good lawyer. As many questions as you are asking, Im sure she is doing same, soaking up info on how to get more. Good Luck
