New Bogger Project "Sh!t Happens"

Ok so sunday 4/17/2011 i picked up a 1984 Chevy   k10 1/2 ton pickup. its a regualr cab shortbox just what i wanted  
the truck is rough. but from the looks of it i could probably salvage the bed for now. but the cab is pretty well ya know...Michigan cancer.
the rockers on it are gone fenders are beat to hell. but the good thing is the interior is nice as hell better then alot of these old pickups i have seen.
as of today it still sits on the trailer in my yard waiting to be put in garage, but i need to move my snowmobiles and pull lawn mower out. before it goes in.
plans for it are:
1. completely tear the whole interior out of the truck. get cab and front clip off truck scrap that. cousin has a nice front clip and cab he'd sell me
so ill use scrap money to get that.
2. take bed off clean it up salvage what i can. throw some paint on it.
3. i also want to completely clean the frame so it doesnt get to bad that i cant use it.
4. engine needs some work to get going so ill check into it.
5. possibly next year ill replace half ton axles with a gm 14 bolt and corp 10 front 3/4 ton axles.
6. wondering what color to paint it. kinda thought maybe grabber green with two black stripes down the middle and black down the bottom edge of rockers, bed, and front clip.
7. i want to add about 4-6 inchs of lift right now. thought maybe usingshackle flip in back and springs up front  
8. id like to replace stock gas tanks with a fuel cell for added off road protection.

so far thats about all i can afford to do this is as i said a "PROJECT" so who knows when it wil be done

hoping if it clears up sometime this week i can pull the whole interior out of cab and scrap cab and front clip tear box off of it and clean that up start sanding and get ready for paint and also clean frame up

im going to paint the truck grabber green and paint 2 black racing stripes down the center.

and kinda thought about using 1 0r 2 off the old kegs i have out back for fuel cells???

yea i was so surprised interior was that clean also that why im tearing it out and using it for the other cab and front clip thats one beat to hell

do you think 4 inches of lift would be good for 36 iroks?

lol i want to keep the bed intact as for cab only thing i want is all interior and under the hood parts everything else is scrap
