Ok so I got the rear brake lines ran to the calipers. Ended up drilling my old ifs front lines to 7/16 banjo and ran hardliner to those.

Also got my rims and tires.

I need to lift it more. At least an inch but I think 2.  If I slam it hard with the tires anything but straight im going to eat fender... and I can't have that.  I think im gonna cut my overload down and put that back in the front with an extra leaf. For the rear I will add 2 or 3 more leafs.  Still waiting for front brake lines pullhairr .

yeah they're damn sharp.  Im going to paint the rings a different color.  I still have quite a few odds and ends like exhaust, rear pinion seal is leaking like a siv, and a new transmission mount.

Well I have rear brakes, and I took it for a ride around the block.  I think something happened to the rear end between the other truck and where it sits now.  It sounds like a binding noise from the rear end under decelleration.  My first suspect is the spider gears .  U joints are not binding up.  2nd Choice is the t-case.  When I drained it to put swap it in, it looked like it had taken on water at one time.  I have another 241, and a 208.

Can I take the drive shaft out and put this in drive and see if the t-case is making the noise or the rear end?

I cut down an overload and put it in the front along with 1 spring.  I got he two inches I was looking for.

Tomorrow I will add 2 or 3 leafs to the rear to level it out.  The list is getting smaller!

I will be ordering shocks tomorrow too now that I will be able to measure up what I need
