I have 2 window units. one in the living room and the other is at the other end of the house. only use them when i am home. takes the bite out of the heat. I have a central air system just need to get it installed.

Central air. I refuse to live like a cave man. And as for the icing, I had one that iced all the time back in the day for my bedroom and I took it back got a new one did the same thing. I called the manufacture and they said the number one most important thing was to make sure it was installed level. Did that and it worked flawlessly.

no ac just fans one in my bedroom sucking the hot air out and one in the living room sucking the cool air from the night into the apt, and two fans on the floor moving air around. im too cheap for an ac unit, first buying it and second using it. but hey people dont bytch about the heat, because in about four months you will be bytching about the cold, just enjoy the michigan weather.

4 window airs 3 in bedrooms and 1 in living room, keep it about 70-72 in here my room is about 60 when i wake up in the morning.
