New offroad park Oakland Co

Dear Mr. Craft,

Oakland County Parks and Recreation is interested in developing an off-road park in southeastern Michigan, given the strong demand for this kind of facility in the area. They have contracted with our research team at Michigan State University to identify ORV user preferences for the features and amenities included in this off-road park.

We are designing a survey to send to a sample of registered ORV owners in Michigan via postal mail, but we would like to expand our sample to include ORV club members in the state that we can contact via e-mail with an invitation to participate in the survey. As President of the

4x4s of Genesee County Michigan, I was hoping you could provide us with information that will allow us to obtain the quality of data needed to inform the development of a new park, including:
the number of members of

4x4s of Genessee County Michigan
the number of members residing south of Midland/Bay City (I realize this may be all of your members, but we'd like to confirm this information if you have it)
Name, home address and email for each member we might survey
We're aiming to have a final survey to send out to our sample of ORV users by mid-January, and would like to identify club members to participate as soon as possible. Maybe they should look at all the old gravel pits around Milford and 96 area. I mean what else are they going to do with the land and i would stop having to listen to all the kids asking where do i go to play and then complain they just got a ticket for playing out in one of them. STUPID TEENAGERS.

BD you rock thanks for being the one to NOT share info that would be easy for you to do. When/if you contact her mabey you could just tell her what you said that you "wouldn't share that personal info" but also tell her you'd be happy to pass along the survey to your members when it's finalized. Then it could be sent back by those who decied to and no info would have to be shared.

I sent a email to her, i got reply back already. i just said that i would help in any way that i can.
