Hello everyone,  it been some time since my last post so I thought I'd give an update on my project.  I ended up having to flip the hubs back outward to resolve the tie rod clearance issue i was having.  The front now has a 102  1/2" stance.  Not what I wanted but it is what it is.  I took the th400 out along with the np208 and replaced it with a modified and rebuilt th350 with a 3000 stall, and a np208. That combo is going into a second military case so I can use the gm face loader axles as is. ( thank you Big Frank) .   I made up the rear anti wrap bars but have not installed them yet. The front steering cylinder and orbital valve is now in place waiting to be plumbed into the power steering pump that has not been mounted yet. I purchased a billet grille and I did get the truck into paint before winter sets in.  I wanted that done now so I can be ready when spring rolls around. ;D   Here are a couple pics for now.

thanks guys,  I miss typed about the transfercase .  I reinstalled an np205 not a np208 .   I am happy how the AU single stage paint came out.  I was going to use b/c system but it was way to expensive . Besides, it's going to be covered in mud anyway.
