Been gathering parts and pieces for this since january and finally coming to an end. Going to be my DD for a few years. Its a 1970 Chevy c10 body on a 1972 3/4 4x4 frame. Has d44 front and eaton rear with 4.10s. 4" spring lift in front along with 3" homemade traction lift and 4" blocks in rear with 3" homemade traction lift. took frame and axles down to bare metal and put a few good layers of paint on. Bought 36" Super Swamper SX's from a member off here. Mild 350 with edelbrock performer kit (carb, intake, cam, lifters), th350 trans with shift kit and other goodies thanks to overtime racing, np205 tcase. box has wood bed thats rotted in spots, not sure what im going to do about that yet. For now it has ram horn manifolds, glass packs, and is going to dump out in front of rear tires. Left to do: finish up power steering, run lines, hookup wiring, paint top of cab white and paint white below the trim, and put front clip and hood on. oh yea and figure out a name to have airbrushed on tailgate and glovebox, thinking "The Rebel".

Body on stock chassis, had 292, 3spd man, np205

UPDATE: finished up rebuilding front axle today and got motor fired up for the first time. didnt break it in just fired it up to hear it run b/c not running coolant yet.

getting closer, got heater bolted on, dash back together and gauges hooked up, weather aint been cooperating lately tho.
