i bought my gpas old farm truck. 1994 chevy silverado z71. it has a bad tans but will be gettin rebuilt. doing a solid axle swap sooon!! i hope if everything goes as planned ill have it done by april may at the latest.

going with the offroad direct SAS kit. running gm 14 bolt ff rear and dana 44 front. 4.10's and 8 lugs. im going to have 7 inches of lift. running 35's possibly tsl's or ground hawgs. engine is stock as it sits in truck. runs good. ill use it for now but i want to hopefully want o step up to a 355 tbi. just to give it a little more horsepower

. in the future i want to fixe rust on cab corners its bad

. get roll bar stripped down and possibly make it a dual bar instead of single and get it powder coated. as for lights i want 4 kc highlites and a kc reverse light. i want to build a heavy

bumper if ya know what i mean

. want to integrate a front hitch and grille guard into it. if ya have suin like this show me your ideas? as for interior i want to keep it stock except for adding triple gauge roof pillar, with oil press, water temp, and trans temp. and possibly an aftermarket tach. maybe a aftermarket radio to?? but idk well see

as of now i am cleaning up axles and getting them painted and looking nice. and saving for trans rebuild. im thinking of doing a disc brake conversion to the 14 bolt. ill get some pics of truck as soon as i can and will try to keep posted as of current progress. im thinking of names i thought maybe Gotta-Go named after uncles porta john company but idk

ok i was sitting there thinking and i noticed this trucks radio is the 88-94 radio. where when u get an aftermarket your have to moveit all the way over to where the cassette player is so it leaves you with two radios one works and the other is just an eyesore lolbut i thought take that out and i thought maybe adding like diamond plate to it but like cutting a hole installing aftermarket tach and replacing theradioe with that what do you think??

they make a kit that removes the stock radio and places a cubby there instead and the aftermarket go's were the equlizer for the factory radio go's

try abc warehouse or best buy they might have the dash kit for it or do the diamond plate and mount all your switches in it with the aircraft cover's that would look sick

aircraft switches?? yea iwas thinking the same thing because i have a rollbar and was planning on putting lights on it so i sould have to have toggle switches somewhere and why not make it nice when i do it

there the flip up cover switches like in the fast and the furious

i like to run them on light's and such so they dont accidentally get bumped

got the trans all torn out. taking it out to mud man tmro night. hope he fixes it up good. gunna do a good tun up on her this weekend. hoping to get trans back asap hopefully by saturday so i can get it back in

just bought a whole bunch of stuff too. got my new battery new k&n air filter oil change all the stuff for trans going to work on her tonight hopefully will get it done. got tmro morning off work just in case we dont. hoping everythings works out great and will be driving her monday

thank you very much MUDMAN it drives great.

as of now imjust going to be daily driving it

going to start saving up to get swap kit and verything else. i have to get a new dipstick thinking about a lokar flexible one i think i bent my old one takig it out

another 85 bucks.

but ya gotta do watcha gotta do. hoping to get pics soon its been in garageand i aint been able to get any.

also got my donut gasket and manifold studs replaced by muffler man. and cat and muffle were

so i got em cut out and replaced with a glass pack sounds better now.
