cutoff wheel/grinder. just plunge cuts and straight lines. thats how id do it at least. itd have cleaner edges than a plasma cutter
so ur saying cut it out then do plunge cuts with die grinder then push them out??

yea u cut out ur overall shape for the window. then cut some square cornered U's in it however big or small and just bend them outwards a tiny bit. that way air can travel underneath the louvers. you can use a die grinder or an angle grinder with cutoff wheels

well finally got it off the trailer got rear tires off and started cutting boggers

painted headlights and taillights plus the rims they look badass

got the rear end almost out have to do some cleaing on the new axle diff to get it put back together wondering if i shud run frontbrakes or all brakes

also hoping front axle has 410 gears

going to get some pics up tomro

got some work done lately got the carrier for my new rear end re-assembled just have to drop that in put hubs on set bearings and put shafts in and rtv them then maybe paint since as it sits its all primer put cover on and also put diff yoke on

rear ends finally out painted the new axle just black have to swap yoke and get spindle nut socket to put hub on get it sealed up and put it in and i shud be good to go gonna hoefully

be out to ellis rd july 23rd

disc brake brackets on their way from ruff stuff specialtys should be here by monday tuesday hopefully

to do list as of now is:
1. put rear axle in
2. run brake lines to disc brakes
3. tighten up the front u bolts
4. dunno if ill get to it but front bumper and tow point.
5. and rear tow point
6. install new gauges

i got alot to do hopefully i get the big things done and it shud be ready to be at ellis rd

progress progress progress do i love it. well when the site was down i did alot of work got the whole rear end in minus brake likes hooked up i have to run a new main line becuz old on got wrapped around the rear dshaft and made a mess. but tmro im working on it all day so im going to fix line bleed brakes throw tires on it and take her for a ride around the yard. if all goes good ill jack her up pop rear tires off and finsih cutting them and load her up on the trailer and be all ready for ellis rd next weekend
