lol i just went through this, this weekend! i needed a belt for a 99 cougar 2.5, well the a/c compressor bearing like welded itself, and its a pain in the ass to drop the compressor off, so i just wanted a belt to bypass the a/c and the guy swore up and down he couldnt do it, he had NO idea how to find it, finally i took control of HIS parts computer and showed him what belt i needed... wtf? do i get paid to work here? no... do i get a discount for finding my own part? nope.. lol

Yer not gonna get a job puttin in apps online.  U havta do it in person in my experiance.   But on a side note if u can't find work, maybe u could start slangin' rocks

Its not just online. You put your app online then you go in the store ask for the manager. Grand Blanc should be josh i think. Tell him your name and that you are looking for work. He will either tell you he's not hiring right now or that he will bring up your application before he starts doing interviews. You can try the one on Linden? Rd the manager there should be Ron but he usually has spots filled as soon as they are emptied by transfers from other stores from what I hear.

lilred, i tryed that with oreally, i walked in and asking for manager, he said online and if they liked me they would call, nothing in person.

im not, but when you walk into a place and they tell you "go home and use the computer" thats kinda bs.

your story isnt matching up... I said go in and tell the manager your application is online and you are looking for a job. You said you did that and he told you to go apply online. So either he dont understand english or ur making stuff up lol

Kyle

go down to the local mcds or bk. ya may not consider it a real "job" but its an income at the least. and its a notable experience. id personally rather have some kind of income than none at all. dont have to make a career outta it, but just for as the time being

Every job Ive had in MI came off the pc. Pound that keyboard on MI talent bank, youll get a call sooner or later.

lilred, i walked into oreally and asked for application he said "all applications are online we do nothing in store"

at the end of the week, start bytchin bout' where's your check, when the mngr. asks who you are.. send him to the people you've been workin with all week.
